摘　　要：普京加强国家权威是俄罗斯历史文化传统和政治现实的必然选择。他通过理顺与国家杜马的关系,整合各派政治力量,削弱地方势力,打击寡头干政等,确立了一种权威主义的治国模式,这种模式促进了经济的发展,保持了政治的稳定,维护了国家的统一。但把国家命运系于某个权威人物和少数精英身上,也会对国家的发展带来负面影响。Vladimir Putin is to strengthen the authority of the State, which is an inevitable choice of Russian historical and cultural traditions and political realities. Putin established a national mode of authoritarianism with harmonizing relations with State Duma, integrating the various political forces, weakening local forces, attacking the oligarchs. The mode promotes the development of economic, maintains political stability, and safeguards the country＇ s unity. However, it will have a negative impact on the development of the country bounded the fate of the country on a certain authority figures and a small number of elites.
