摘　　要：研究用作ＰＴＣ热敏电阻器件的接触电极的Ａｇ浆，选用与ＰＴＣ陶瓷有良好粘接力的玻璃作无机粘结剂，并在银浆中加入还原性金属及保护剂，实现了银电极与ＰＴＣ半导体陶瓷的欧姆接触，烧结温度５００～５５０℃，附着良好。Silver paste used for ohmic contact electrode of PTC thermistors was investigated. A glass having higher adhesion to PTC ceramics was selected as the inorganic binder. The ohmic contact between silver electrodes and PTC semi-conductor ceramics was achieved by adding reductive metals and protective agent into the silver paste. The firing temperature was in the range of 500～550℃. The adhesion was satisfactory.
