饲料中着色剂对黄颡鱼生长和消化酶活性的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨饲料中色素添加物对黄颡鱼消化机能的调控机理。[方法]选择450尾体重均匀（10.4±0.1）g的黄颡鱼随机分成5组，分别在基础饲料中添加着色剂金碧黄0、0.1%、0.2%、0.4%、0.8%，饲养周期60d。[结果]添加0.8%着色剂金碧黄能显著提高黄颡鱼成活率，0.4%-0.8%的金碧黄能提高黄颡鱼特定生长率、内脏比、肝体比及胃蛋白酶活性，但与对照组相比差异不显著。0.8%金碧黄能极显著提高黄颡鱼肠蛋白酶活性，而添加金碧黄对肝胰脏蛋白酶活性无显著影响。0.8%金碧黄能极显著提高胃、肠、肝胰脏的淀粉酶活性，显著提高肠、肝胰脏脂肪酶活性，而对胃脂肪酶活性有所提高，但差异不显著。[结论]该研究为商用黄颡鱼配合饲料的配制提供了理论基础。[ Objective ] The study aimed to discuss the regulation mechanism of adding colorant in feed on the digestive function of Pel- teobagrus fulvidraco. [ Method ]450 fishes of P. fulvidraco, being clinical healthy and having even weight （10.4 ±0.1 ）g, were selected and divided into 5 groups randomly, which were added by colorant （ Leader gold yellow, LGY） at 0, 0.1% , 0.2% , 0.4% , 0.8% resp. on base of feeding the basic diet and tested for 60 days. [ Result] The addition of 0.8% LGY could increase the survival rate of P. fulvidraco significantly. When LGY were 0. 4% - 0. 8% , the fish SGR, Bowel/body, Hepatopanereas/body and pepsin activities of P. fulvidraco were higher than those of CK group, but they had no significant difference with CK group. The addition of 0.8% LGY could increase the protease activities of intestine in P. fulvidraco extremely significantly. But the addition of LGY had no significant effect on the protease activities of hepatopanereas in P. fulvidraco. 0. 8% LGY could increase the amylase activities of stomach, intestine and hepatopancreas extremely significantly, and increase lipase activities of intestine and hepatopancreas in P. fulvidraco, but it had some increment for stomach lipase activities without significant. [ Conclusion] This study provided the theoretical basis for preparing compound feed of commercial P. fulvidraco.
