摘 要:[目的]研究红毛七乙醇提取物及其5个萃取部位的体外抑菌活性,为红毛七的进一步开发利用提供基础。[方法]红毛七经乙醇提取,系统溶剂萃取分离得到5个部位。以注射用头孢曲松钠为对照,采用管碟法测定提取物及萃取部位对受试菌的抑菌活性,并测定其相应最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。[结果] 红毛七乙醇提取物及其部位对金黄色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌(临床株)和枯草芽孢杆菌表现出较强的抑菌活性,其最大抑菌圈直径为20.03、23.52和20.77mm,其MIC为0.3125-0.6250mg/ml。[结论]红毛七提取物及其5个萃取部位对受试菌种抑制作用不同,其乙醇提取物及其乙酸乙酯、正丁醇部位抑菌活性较强。[ Objective ] The aim was to study vitro antibacterial activity of ethanol extract and its extractive fractions of Caulophyllum robustum Maxim. and provide reference for development and utilization of Caulophyllum robustum Maxim.. [ Methods] Caulophyllum robustum Maxim. was extracted by ethanol, five fractions were obtained by systematic solvents extraction separation. Ceftriaxone sodium was used as control, antibacterial activity of ethanol extract and its extractive fractions of Caulophyllum robustum Maxim. were determined by cylinder - plate method and their corresponding minimum inhibition concentration(MIC) were also determined. [ Results] Ethanol extract and its extractive fractions ofCaulophyllum robustum Maxim. showed high antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus(clinic bacterial)and Bacillus subtilis,the diameters of the biggest inhibition zone was 20.03, 23.52 and 20.77 ram. The MIC of these were 0.312 5 -0. 625 0 mg/ml. [ Conclusion] The extract and its five extractive fractions of Caulophyllum robustum Maxim. had different antibacterial activity agaist tested bacteria. The ethand extract and its ethyl acetate and butanolfractions showed high antibacterial activity.
