弘扬“西柏坡精神” 加强高校师生道德建设

摘　　要："西柏坡精神"是我党宝贵的精神财富,其开拓进取、勇于创新、求真务实等精神实质在新时期仍具有鲜明的时代意义。高校应通过弘扬"西柏坡精神",提升教师严谨笃学、与时俱进的优良师德,培养学生勤于学习、敢于创新的优良学德,提高高校管理干部求真务实、科学管理的优良政德,进而促进大学校园文化建设。The “Xibaipo Spirit” serves as the precious spiritual wealth of our party, and its pio- neering creative and pregamtic ingredients are still of impressive significance in our current times. This paper emphasizes promoting the “Xibaipo Spirit” to enhance the good ethics of teachers in rigorous teaching and advancing with the times, to cultivate the learning moral of students in diligent studying and daring to innovate, to improve the excellent political moral of the college management cadres in truth-seeking and pragmatic and scientific management, thereby contributing to the university campus culture.
