摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者的生活质量与知识需求之间的关系。方法采用健康知识需求量表和生活质量核心问卷对147名女性乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。结果乳腺癌患者的知识需求和生活质量在不同的治疗阶段有明显的差异;不同学历水平和中老年乳腺癌患者在社会/家庭状况方面存在显著差异;乳腺癌患者的知识需求与生活质量的许多方面存在相关关系。结论满足乳腺癌患者的知识需求欲望将有利于提高她们的生活质量。Objective To explore the relationship between quality of life and knowledge need of patients with breast cancer. Methods 147 patients with breast cancer were surveyed by questionnaires using life quality scale and knowledge need scale. Results Quality of life and knowledge need of patients with breast cancer have significant difference at the different treatment stage; Different educational background and medium-old age patients with breast cancer shows significant difference at the condition of the society-family; Knowledge need and quality of life in many ways of patients with breast cancer have relationship.Conclusions The knowledge need of patients with breast cancer is satisfied to raise their quality of life.
