东北猕猴桃属花粉形态的初步研究

摘　　要：利用扫描电子显微镜,对东北猕猴桃属3种植物的花粉形态进行观察。结果显示:本属花粉形状为长球形至近球形,三孔沟,外壁纹饰皱波状。从三种花粉的形态特征对比中可以得出:花粉粒大小、两端形状及沟内是否具有沟膜种间差别较大,可以作为分种的依据。With the help of SEM, the morphological characters of the pollen in the three species of Actinidia in the Northeast region were observed, and result showed that the pollen shape of Actinidia is from long- round to round with three aperture and ditches. Meanwhile the sculptures of the pollen surface is rugose undulance. Through the comparison,it can be seen that the size of pollen grain, shape of both ends and whether there is velum in the dith varies a lot among three species, which thus can be used for data of species identification.
