摘　　要：目的检测ERK1和P16在胃肠道间质瘤组和正常对照组中的表达,探讨其在胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)发生和发展中的作用和相互关系。方法采用组织芯片技术和免疫组化Elivision二步法检测40例胃肠道间质瘤组和40例正常对照组中ERK1和P16的表达,应用图像分析软件Image-ProPlus6.0对ERK1和P16的表达行平均吸光度分析。结果与正常组织相比,胃肠道间质瘤组织中ERK1的表达明显增高(P<0.01),而P16的表达明显降低(P<0.01)。ERK1和P16的表达与组织学分级密切相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、肿块大小、组织学类型和复发无相关性。胃肠道间质瘤中ERK1与P16的表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论在胃肠道间质瘤组织中,ERK1明显增高,P16则明显降低,两者之间存在显著负相关。Objective To detect the expression and potential correlation of ERK1 and P16 in gastrointestinal stroreal tumor group and in control group. Methods Tissue chip and immunohistochemistry Elivison were used to detect the expression of ERK1 and P16 in 40 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor and 40 cases of control tissues. Quantitative analysis of mean absorbent density of the expression of ERKI and P16 was conducted with image ana- lytic software. Results The expressions of ERK was higher in GIST group than that in control group（P 〈 0. 01 ）, but the expression of P16 was lower（P 〈0.01 ）. The expression of ERK1 and PI6 was correlated with histological grade （P 〈 0. 05） and not correlated with age, lump, histological type and recurrence. There was an negative correlation between the activity of ERK1 and P16 in GIST（P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion In the tissue of GIST the expression of ERK1 was remarkable high and P16 was low. There was an inverse correlation between them.
