以雷贝拉唑与加替沙星为基础的三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究以雷贝拉唑与加替沙星为基础的三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的疗效、不良反应和药品的费用,以探讨临床更佳的根除Hp方案。方法选择符合条件的300例患者,随机分为A、B、C3组。A组:雷贝拉唑10mgbid,甲磺酸加替沙星200mgbid,甲硝唑100mgtid。B组:雷贝拉唑10mgbid,甲磺酸加替沙星200mgbid,阿莫西林500mgtid。C组(对照组):雷贝拉唑10mgbid,甲硝唑100mgtid,阿莫西林500mgtid。以上3组疗程均为2周。停药4周后复查胃镜或14C-UBT。结果A组、B组、C组Hp根除率分别为91%、92%及87%,3组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),未见发生严重不良反应者,A、B、C3组的治疗费用分别为200.13元、210.76元和149.60元。结论以雷贝拉唑与加替沙星为基础的三联疗法能有效、安全地根除Hp且能节省费用。Objective To investigate the effect, adverse reaction and cost of rabeprazole and gatifloxacin-hased triple therapies for helicobacter pylori （Hp） eradication, in order to search a better program for Hp eradication. Methods 300 patients with Hp infection were randomly divided into three groups（ group A, group B, group C ）. Group A received rabeprazole 10 mg bid, gatifloxacin 200 rag, bid and furazolidone 100 mg, tid. Group B received rabeprazole 10 mg, bid, gatifloxacin 200 mg, bid and amoxicillin 500 mg, tid. Group C （the control group） received rabeprazole 10 mg, bid, furazolidone 100 mg, tid, and amoxicillin 500 mg, rid. Both groups were received for 2 weeks. Eradication of Hp infection was documented by gastroscopy or 14 C-urea breath test a minimum of 4 weeks after therapy. Results The eradication rates of Hp in group A,group B and group C were 91% ,92% and 87% respectively. There were no significant differences between three groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There were no severe adverse reaction. The cost of group A,group B and group C was 200. 13 yuan,210. 76 yuan and 149. 60 yuan respectively. Conclusion Rabeprazole and gatifloxacin-based triple therapies are effective and without side-effects in eradication of Hp infection.
