摘 要:利用重复缺氧的方法,研究小鼠间歇性低氧适应和神经节苷脂(Gls)的作用。发现:在小鼠急性缺氧时,血液和脑组织中的谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHpx)活性明显下降(P<0.01);脑组织中的GSHpx活性在急性重复缺氧时较1次缺氧时升高(P<0.05);脑组织的Gls含量明显下降(P<0.01)。提示Gls和GSHpx有相同的抗自由基活性。急性重复性缺氧时Gls下降,去甲肾上腺素(NE)也下降(P<0.01),不同于持续性低氧的表现。推测脑细胞β受体腺苷酸环化酶系统在急性重复缺氧时未受严重伤害,Gls和缺氧、缺氧保护有关。epetitive hypoxia method was used to study the adaptation of mice to intermittent hypoxia and the effect of gangliosides. The activity of GSHpx was decreased (P<0.01), not only in blood but also in brain. Under acute repetitive hypoxia for 4 times, the activity of GSHpx in brain was increased (P<0.05) as compared with that under the hypoxia for one time. At that time, the gangliosides in the membrane of brain cell were decreased (P<0.01). It showed that Gls and the activity of GSHpx were interrelated. The contents of norepinephrine in brain were lower than the controls (P<0.01). The results indicated that the system of β receptor adenyl cyclase was not injured by acute and repetitive hypoxia.
