摘　　要：划出大小合适的圆形玻片，经处理后，贴附上制备的冰冻组织切片并放入细胞培养板孔中。经固定及预处理后即可在板孔中进行原位杂交的一切步骤。本方法简便易行，重复性好，并可节省较多试剂，为组织切片原位杂交提供了一种经济可靠的方法。A new method for in situ hybridization to tissue sections on coverslips was established.Frozen tissue sections were cut with a cryostat and mounted on round coverslips,then put into wells of a cell culture plate,which had been prepared and their sizes were adapted to sections.In the wells,all procedures could be in process,which included fixation,pretreatments,hybridization and immunological detection.This method is simple,efficient and economical.
