摘 要:实验在42只乌拉坦麻醉的SD大鼠上进行。用细胞外记录方法引导海马CA3区诱发放电,探讨向CA3区内微量注射不同剂量铝对诱发的群体锋电位(PS)的影响。结果:①不同剂量铝对PS波幅的影响不同,0.1和0.25mol/L AICI_3对PS无明显作用;0.5、1.0和2.0mol/L的AICI_3均可使PS波幅显著减小,且呈剂量-效应关系。②高渗盐水(2.0mol/L)和不同pH值(分别为6.4、3~4和7~8)的等渗盐水分别注入CA3区(均为1μl),诱发的PS幅度均无明显的改变。表明一定剂量的铝具有抑制CA3区PS波幅的作用,铝可能是抑制CA3区的突触传递过程。Experiments were performed on 42 Sprague-Dawley rats under urethane anesthesia. Extracel-lular recording method was used to investigate the effect of aluminum (Al) microinjected into CA3 on evoked potential in hippocampal CA3 area. The results were as follows: The different concentrations of aluminum microinjected into CA3 showed statistically inconsistent actions on amplitude of evoked potential in CA3. 0. 1 mol/L and 0. 25 mol/L Al did not alter the amplitude of population spike(PS), but 0. 5 mol/L, 1. 0 mol/L and 2. 0 mol/L Al could decrease the amplitude of evoked potential in CA3, respectively. The effects of Al on PS induced in CA3 were dose-dependent.2. 0 mol/L NaCl and Normal Saline (pH6. 4, or 3-4, or 7-8) microinjected into CAS area, respectively, did not alter significantly the amplitude of PS in CA3. The results suggest that aluminum can decrease the amplitude of PS in CA3. This inhibitory function of aluminum ap-pears to be independent of osmolarity and pH of aluminium solution. Aluminum in appropriate concentration might inhibit synaptic transmission.
