摘  要:目的建立一种新的"一体多囊"的动物模型以研究五种不同药物对肠贮尿囊粘液分泌的影响及相应的粘膜变化。方法根据拉丁方原理设计试验模型,在同一实验动物体内建立6个人造"肠贮尿囊",模拟尿路环境,通过对"人工尿液"中粘液蛋白的测定,及粘膜组织形态及超微结构的比较达到试验目的。结果模型术后粘液分泌规律临床结果相一致,无水酒精对减少粘液分泌影响最为显著。结论"一体多囊"模型可以达到实验目的。Objective To develop a new canine model for comparison of reducing mucus production of reservoirs after the treatment of different drugs. Methods To design the experiment according with the statistical principle of latin square. 6 dogs were prepared for the experiment. In each dog,a 50cm long ileum was divided into 6 "Ileal conduits "to be instilled with different drugs. The artificial urine was filling in the lumen of the conduit after the operation. The urine samples and the mucosa samples were collected 2 weeks later. And the qualitative and quantitative assessment of the mucin and histological conditions of samples was carried out. Results The regularity of secretory of intestinal mucus is consistent with the clinical results, the mucin in the urine was decreased and the changes of histology were obvious. Conclusion The new animal model was established successfully in all 6 dogs.
