乳腺癌根治术中创面使用德莫林促进创面愈合的研究

摘　　要：目的研究乳腺癌根治术中创面使用德莫林促进创面愈合的效果。方法将129例行改良根治术的乳腺癌患者随机分成两组,一组66例使用德莫林喷洒创面(使用组),另一组63例不用德莫林(对照组),然后统计术后72h引流量、皮下积液、积血及切口愈合情况。结果使用组72h引流量平均为90mL,明显低于对照组260mL,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。使用组皮下积液、积血2例(3.0%),对照组12例(19.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。使用组皮缘坏死发生3例(4.5%),明显低于对照组10例(15.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治手术中创面使用德莫林能有效地减少皮下积液、积血,降低皮缘坏死率,有利于患者早期恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of dermlin promoting operation wound concrescence in the resection of breast cancer Methods 129 cases of breast cancer following the resection of breast cancer were divided into two groups at random. The experimented group for 66 cases of breast cancer（dermlin was applied in the operation wound） and control group for 63 cases of breast cancer （dermlin was not applied in the operation wound）. Through observation of the wound drainage in the 72 hours after operation, hydrops under Skin flap and skin flap necrosis. Results The experimented group drainage in the 72 hours after operation was 90mL in average and was obviously lower than the 260mL of control group （P〈 0.01）, the experimented group＇ hydrops under skin flap was 2 （3.0%） and control group was 12（19.0%）（P〈0.05）. The experimented group ＇skin flap necrosis was 3（4.5%） and control group was 10（15.9%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dermlin can reduce wound drainage,hydrops under skin flap and skin flap necrosis,and is helpful for the wound healing.
