摘 要:油田钻机是石油天然气勘探开发的主要设备,本文根据油田钻机变频调速系统的要求,专为其设计了一种具有高可靠性数字控制的逆变器。在分析了电压空间矢量脉宽调制(SVPWM)的原理和其算法实现的基础上,阐述了DSP生成SVPWM波的控制算法,结合油田钻机变频调速启动转矩大、启动电流小、耐负载冲击力强的特点,应用TI公司的TMS320LF2407A芯片,给出了逆变器软硬件的设计方案,通过实验说明其达到了预期的设计要求,并对油田应用效果和其未来的前景作出了简要的说明。Oil rig as oil and gas exploration and development of major equipment, according to this article oil rig frequency control system requirements, specially designed with a highly reliable digital control of the inverter.
