摘　　要：为奥运会患者提供无缝隙式护理服务,护理部充分发挥职能作用,进行科学有效合理的护理人力资源管理。奥运会前期强化护理人力资源的储备和培训,制定应急人员调配原则;奥运会期间对人力资源合理利用与配置,保障奥运会期间护理服务的质量。In order to provide seamless nursing care,the nursing department executed its all functional authority and made the nursing human resources management more scientific and effective. Before the Olympic Games we reinforced the training and reserving of human resources,developed the principle of the staff allocation. During the Olympic Games,the nursing department reasonably utilized the human resources ,guaranteed the quality of the nursing service.
