摘 要:目的研究临床典型案例在临床专科教学中的运用,以规范临床专科教学、统一专科教学标准、培养专科护理人才。方法对我院2004年至2006年71例67个病种的临床住院患者真实案例进行选择和编辑,运用于156名实习护生的临床专科教学,并在临床实习结束后向实习护生集中发放自制"临床典型案例在临床专科教学中运用评价调查问卷"进行出科考试。结果94.24%的护生肯定临床典型案例教学法;运用临床典型案例教学法的护生出科成绩优良率(76.28%)明显高于运用传统经验教学法的护生(39.10%)。结论实行临床典型案例教学法培养了具有较高理论水平与实践技能的专科护理人才;规范了临床专科带教,提高了临床专科带教水平;增强了护生运用知识的能力,强化了学习主动性。Objective To explore the effect of case - study teaching method in specialized clinical teaching, so as to standardize clinical teaching and train specialized nurses. Methods The medical history of 71 cases involved in 67 kinds of diseases were retrospectively analyzed and selected as the materials of casestudy for 156 nursing students. Then, the effect was evaluated by a questionnaire investigation among nursing students, as well as final examination, Result 94.24% of the nursing students preferred case - study teaching method. The excellent rate in the examination was significantly higher in the experimental group (76.28%) than that of control group (39.10%). Conclusion The case - study teaching method is helpful to train specialized nurses with high -level theary arid skills,which can standardize and improve the quality of clinical teaching,and enhance nursing students'learning enthusiasm.
