摘　　要：本文旨在探索前列腺囊肿的声像图特征。通过对１３２例前列腺囊肿的形态、部位、分布及合并疾病的图像观察，我们把前列腺囊肿图像分为两类，三种；即弧立型两种，多发型一种。先天性囊肿包括前列腺囊囊肿和先天性前列腺囊肿属于前者，发病率极低。绝大多数是后天性囊肿，属于后者，占前列腺囊肿的９０％以上。这种滞留性囊肿多合并有其它前列腺疾病，并与增龄有关。我们的工作证明。This study aims to explore ultrasonographic features of the prostatic cyst in 132 cases.Their shape,location and distribution were classified into 2 kinds,3 types.The congenital cystic anomalies includes cyst of prostatic utricle and congenital prostatic cyst.Most prostatic cysts are acquired.The retention cyst usually associated with other prostatic diseases related to ages.Transrectal ultrasonic examination is the best for diagnosing such disease.
