保留乳头改良根治术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌(附21例报告)  

NIPPLE PRESERVING MODIFIED RADICAL MASTECTOMY FOR STAGE Ⅰ AND Ⅱ BREAST CANCER

摘　　要：为了提高乳腺癌患者的术后生存质量，应用保留乳头改良根治术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌２１例。１８例切口甲级愈合，均于术后１４ｄ内出院；发生乳头表皮部分坏死１例，术后１月乳头皮肤痂下愈合；皮下积液２例，经穿刺抽液治愈。术后随访时间最长２６个月，中位随访时间１６个月，均无局部复发和远处转移，近期疗效满意。表明保留乳头改良根治术可作为Ⅰ。In order to achieve a relatively good cosmetic result,nipple preserving modified radical mastectomy was performed on 21 patients with breast cancer which was divided into stage Ⅰ(10 cases) and stage Ⅱ(11 cases) in line with TNM classification.All cases were pathologically negative in the subnipple area by postoperative paraffin section analysis.Partial epidermal necrosis of nipple occured in one case and subcutaneous seroma in two cases,others recovered without any complications.Neither local nor distant recurrence have been found in the 21 cases for a median follow up period of 16 months.Breast surgeon may take nipple preserving modified radical mastectomy into consideration in designing the operation for some stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ breast cancer.
