摘  要:对D201型大孔强碱性阴离子交换树脂从谷氨酸溶液中交换分离谷氨酸进行了研究。该法是利用特定的有机高分子树脂对谷氨酸盐的高选择性将谷氨酸从发酵液中提取出来。实验证明,在中性条件下树脂对谷氨酸具有良好的吸附性能,吸附速度很快,在10 min左右就可以达到吸附平衡,谷氨酸溶液浓度为100 g.L-1时,静态吸附率可达到97.9%,最大静态吸附量为1704.7 mg,并且其它离子对吸附的干扰很小,为从谷氨酸发酵液中分离回收谷氨酸方法提供了实验依据。The separation of glutamie acid with D201 pocket alkalinity anion resin from the ascorbic-eitric solution was researched. Under the neutral conditions, glutamate had good adsorption. About 10 minutes the glutamate reached equilibrium solution concentration of 100 g/L. Static adsorption rate could reach 97.9 %, the maximum static adsorption capacity was 1704.7 mg, and the adsorptions disturbances of other ions were very small. It was provide the experimental evidence for the separation process of the recycling glutamate acid from the glutamic acid fermentation fluid , and a new, more effective, low-cost, stability separation craft method to purify glutamic acid was seek.
