剥脱综合征并发白内障手术临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析新疆拜城县维吾尔族白内障合并剥脱综合征(exfoliation syndrome ES)患者的发病情况及手术方法。方法2006年4月和2007年6月新疆阿克苏地区拜城县白内障患者,2次随机筛选白内障手术患者156例,全部为维吾尔族,其中40例(51眼,25.64%)合并剥脱综合征。观察术中和术后并发症、术后视力、手术复杂性ES眼和非ES眼有无差异。结果术中和术后并发症、手术复杂性ES眼和非ES眼差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后视力两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论白内障合并ES患者行超声乳化白内障摘除+人工晶状体植入手术可获得良好的视觉效果。新疆拜城县维吾尔族白内障患者合并剥脱综合征比较集中,推测该地区维吾尔族是我国ES的高发民族,有待进一步调查、研究。Objective To evaluate the incidence and surgical results in Uigur cataract patients with exfoliation syndrome（ES） at Paicheng, Xinjiang. Methods From April 2006 to June 2007, 156 cases of Uigur patients with cataract were operated. Among them, 40 cases （51 eyes, 25.64% ） have ES. The 156 patients were divided into ES group and non ES group according to the presence of exfoliation syndrome. The complications happened during or after the surgery, and the postoperative visual acuity of these two groups were compared. Results The incidence of complications happened during or after the surgery was much higher in ES group（P 〈0. 05）, but the postoperative visual acuity did not have significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions Through phaeo and !OL implantation, ES patient with cataract could have good visual recovery. The incidence of ES in cataract patient at Paicheng Xinjiang was high. So Uignr nationality might have high incidence of ES, which needs to be further studied.
