摘　　要：湖南省竞争情报中心是我国第一个直接由地方政府主导的竞争情报研究与服务机构,该中心确立了以竞争为取向、以信息为基础、以分析为手段和以应用为目标的基本工作原则,开创了由省级竞争情报中心、产业竞争情报中心和企业竞争情报中心通过竞争情报网络协作平台协同工作的新型竞争情报工作模式。重点介绍湖南省竞争情报中心在岗位设置、竞争情报网络协作平台运行、产业跟踪路线图编纂、标引词表创建以及竞争情报工作审计等方面的工作方法,并阐述其在人力资源、产业信息监测、情报转化与竞争情报价值实现等方面的工作经验。Hunan Province Competitive Intelligence Center is the first CI research and service institution in China which is guided by regional government directly. This center has established its basic work principles--guided by competition, based on information, by means of analyzing, aimed at applying. And it initiates a new-style CI work mode--Provincial CI Center, Industrial CI Center and Enterprise CI Center cooperate with each other through CI web collaboration platform. This paper focuses on some working methods of Hunan Province Competitive Intelligence Center, including the setup of post, the run of CI web collaboration platform, the compile of industry-tracking map, the creation of indexing system and the audit of CI work. Then this paper expounds the work experiences of Hunan Province competitive intelligence center, involving human resources, monitoring for industry information, the transformation of intelligence and the fulfillment of CI value.
