摘　　要：轨道交通系统的复杂性导致了大量的先进设备在维护、维修及资产管理上必将产生巨大的费用支出。我国轨道交通行业在公司固定资产管理及维护方面存在着如设备台账不完整、维修规程的制定不尽合理等诸多问题。以北京轨道交通资产管理信息系统项目研发为背景,借鉴其他相关行业管理体制及管理制度,通过建立北京轨道交通固定资产管理信息系统,从理论上完善了轨道交通固定资产管理内涵,从实际上体现了轨道交通固定资产管理方法的创新。The complexity of metro system inevitably leads to huge costs in protection,maintenance and asset management for a large quantity of the advanced equipment.Moreover,a number of problems exists with corporate fixed asset management and maintenance of domestic metro industry,including incomplete equipment inventory,defective service procedures and so on.Based on the R ＆ D of Beijing metro asset management information system,and making reference of the management systems and management regulations as used by relevant industries,the Beijing metro asset management information system is established,having resulted in theoretically fulfilling the connotation of the metro fixed asset management,and actually manifesting the innovative method for metro fixed asset management as well.
