摘　　要：肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一，目前用于治疗肝癌的方法较多，本文主要是探讨放疗在肝癌方面的应用。放射治疗可通过内、外两种方式来进行，外放疗主要包括γ-刀、γ-刀、质子刀和重离子束等，内放疗主要是通过植入放射性粒子来进行，两种方式均取得了较好的治疗效果。放疗通过与其他方法联合来治疗肝癌，疗效更加确切，有望成为治疗肝癌的新选择。Liver cancer is one of the most common malignancies in our country. At present, the treatment methods are variable. This article mainly investigate the application of radiotherapy in liver cancer. The approach include external and internal radiotherapy. The external radiotherapy mainly include γ-knife, X-knife, proton beams and carbon ion, etc. The internal radiotherapy was operated through intra-arterial injection of radionuelides. Both make remarkable effect. The method will become an effective selection because the effects of radiotherapy combine other methods are more signifieient.
