中国高校学术职业的国际竞争优势与劣势分析——基于高深知识的视角

摘　　要：从高深知识的视角出发分析了高校学术职业的国际竞争优势和劣势,主要表现在五个方面:一是学术职业的资源具有比较优势但高深知识存量不足;二是高深知识增量具有竞争优势但产出价值不高;三是学术职业负流动减缓但高深知识仍然处于流失状态;四是学术职业的国际声望有所提高但仍然缺乏影响力;五是高深知识的学术生态环境得到改善但仍然不和谐。From the perspective Of advanced knowledge, superiority and inferiority of international competition of Chinese academic profession contains five aspects, first, the resource of academic profession has comparative advantage but the storage capacity of advanced knowledge is insufficient; secondly, the increment of advanced knowledge has international advantage but the output value is still not high; thirdly, the negative flow of academic profession has been decreased but the advanced knowledge is still under the condition of loss; fourthly, the international prestige of academic has been improved but it still lacks impact; fifthly, the academic ecological environment of advanced knowledge has improved steadily but it is still not harmonious.
