摘　　要：非物质文化遗产是文化多样性的生动展示,是民族精神的支柱,是中华民族宝贵的精神财富。在现代化发展的今天,非物质文化遗产赖以生存的环境基础正在逐渐消失,其生存状况令人担忧。因此,抢救和保护非物质文化遗产已成为时代赋予我们的特殊使命。Intangible cultural heritage is a vivid spirit, and the spiritual wealth of the Chinese display of cultural diversity. It is a pillar of the national nation. In modern society, because of the ecological environment and social environment changes, the foundation of the survival environment for intangible cultural heritage is gradually disappearing, and the state of survival is worried. Therefore, the rescue and protection of intangible cultural heritage is the special mission which the times entrusted to us. By the national statutory holidays adjustment programs leads to the topic of the protection of intangible cultural heritage.
