摘　　要：目的:了解我院实习护生手卫生知识掌握情况和行为现状,培养实习护生的安全防护、医院感染防治意识和良好职业习惯。方法:在本院实习的大、中专护生中随机抽取80名,采用自行设计问卷调查表进行手卫生知识和行为的调查。结果:实习护生都认为洗手对预防医院感染发生有重要的作用;对一些常见洗手知识的掌握程度较好,但他们正确执行并不理想;影响手卫生的因素有很多。结论:促进实习护生手卫生行为,除加强洗手设备的配置、完善相关知识的培训以外,责任心的培养及带教老师的模范作用亦非常重要。Objective：To describe the hand hygiene knowledge of student nurses and current relating behaviors in our hospital. Methods：80 student nurses recruited in a top-rank hospital completed a questionnaire regarding the hand hygiene knowledge and behaviors. Results：All student nurses perceived that hand-washing played a very important role in preventing hospital infection. And they had adequate general hand hygiene knowledge.But their hand-washing did not meet the standard required. In addition, many factors influencing handwashing were found. Conclusion：Besides completing hand hygiene knowledge training and equipping hand hygiene facilities, the clinical teachers are also very important to facilitate the hand hygiene behaviors of student nurses.
