摘  要:[目的]观察加味桃红四物汤治疗脑梗死后抑郁症的疗效。[方法]将68例患者随机分为两组,治疗组服用加味桃红四物汤,对照组口服黛力新,两组均治疗4周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表评定疗效。[结果]治疗组临床症状及各项量化指标均明显改善,与对照组比较,P〈0.05。[结论]加味桃红四物汤对脑梗死后抑郁症有良好疗效。[ Objective ] to observe Taohongsiwu flavored soup treatment of cerebral infarction depression. [ Methods ] 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group was given four pink - flavored soup, in the control group oral deanxit, the two groups were treated for 4 weeks, the Hamilton Depression Rat- ing Scale Assessment effects. [ Results ] in the treatment group and the quantification of clinical symptoms were significantly improved compared with the control group( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] Taohongsiwu flavored soup of depression after cerebral infarction have a good effect.
