魔芋甘露聚糖化学结构的研究

摘　　要：研究了从陕西花魔芋块茎中分离所得的魔芋甘露聚糖的化学结构与分子组成。经葡聚糖凝胶Ｇ－７５柱层析为一组均一性多糖，气相色谱检测由甘露糖（Ｍａｎ）、葡萄糖（Ｇｌｕ）组成，其克分子比Ｍａｎ∶Ｇｌｕ＝１．７８∶１，平均分子量为１１×１０５。经红外光谱、高碘酸氧化和Ｓｍｉｔｈ降解分析，魔芋甘露聚糖主要由β－（１→４）甙键和β－（１→３）甙键连接而成。hemical constitution and molecular structure of konjak tuber mannan isolated from konjak tuber of Shaanxi were studied.By Sephadex G75 column chromatogram,konjak mannan was proved to be a homogeneous substance.By gas chromatographic analysis,konjak mannan is composed of the mannose and glucose and there molecular ratio is 1.78 ∶1.The average molecular weight is 11×105.On the basis of IR periodate oxidation and Smith degradation analysis,the main chains are composed of β(1→4) and β(1→3) linkages.
