摘 要:6┐磺基脱氧葡萄糖甘油二酯对脂质体的稳定作用*韩兴李刚(北京医科大学生物物理系,北京100083TheStabilizingEffectofSulphoquinovosyldiacyl┐glycerolonLiposomesHanXingLiGang...Liposome is widely used in basic researches as a model system for biological membrane,and it is a kind of commercial product of increasing demands.Therefore liposome stability is an important issue.Reported here is a study on the stabilizing effect of sulphoquinovosyl diacylglycerol on liposomes of different types by using fluorescencedye dequenching method.Sulphoquinovosyl diacylglycerol is found to have a marked stabilizing effect on lowpHsensitive liposomes composed of dioleoylphosphatidylethanolamine/oleic acid,or monogalactosyl diacylglycerol/oleic acid,and on Ca2+sensitive liposomes composed of cardiolipin/dimyristoylphosphatidyl choline.Taking into considegration of the reported properties of this lipid,one can postulate that the stabilizing effect of sulphoquinovosyl diacylglycerol on lipid bilayers is most possibly due to its very high degree of hydration.
