摘　　要：人胎盘ｃ┐ｆｍｓ胞外功能区基因片段的扩增＊王昕蔡辉国陈佩珍吴克复郑德先（中国医学科学院，中国协和医科大学血液学研究所，天津３０００２０）Ａｍｐｌｉｆｉｃａｔｉｏｎｏｆｃ┐ｆｍｓＥｘｔｒａｃｅｌｕｌａｒＤｏｍａｉｎｆｒｏｍＨｕｍａｎＰｌａｃｅｎｔａＷａ...The cfms gene encodes the macrophage colonystimulating factor′s receptor(MCSFR)which was organized into five immunoglobulinlike extracellular subdomains,a transmembrane domain and a cytoplasmic domain.The total RNAs were isolated from the human placenta and reversely transcribed with the downstream primer.All PCR amplification fragments started with the normal initiation codon and contained one(297 bp),two(615 bp)and three(909 bp)Iglike subdomains,respectively.Sequence analysis showed that the PCR products were identical with the reported sequence.The result laid an excellent foundation for the further study on the function and clinical significance of MCSF.
