摘 要:以氮、钾肥常规用量为基础,研究了磷肥不同用量对辣椒品质的影响。结果表明:施用120 kg/hm2(P2O5)的处理,能明显提高辣椒果长,平均为22.9 cm,比对照提高9.57%。施用120 kg/hm2和180 kg/hm2(P2O5)处理的辣椒果肩比对照分别增加9.1%和9.0%,果肉厚度分别提高19.8%和19.4%,且差异显著,辣椒中维生素C含量,分别比对照增加13.4%和14.5%。Based on the local application of nitrogen and potassium fertilizers, the effects of different application rates of phosphate fertilizer on the quality of pepper were studied. The results showed that : the treatment of 120 kg P205 per hectare could increase the fruit length remarkably, which was 22.9 cm and 9.57% more than that of the control. Compared with the control, the treatments of 120 kg/hm^2 and 180 kg/hm^2 P2Os increased the fruit shoulder by 9.1% and 9.0%, the fruit wall by 19.8% and 19.4% significantly, and their vitamin C contents were increased by 13.4% and 14.5%.
