猪尾探针应用于下泪小管断裂吻合术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨下泪小管断裂术中应用猪尾探针寻找断端的手术效果。方法回顾分析28例(28眼)下泪小管断裂,分别采用非猪尾探针法和猪尾探针法寻找泪小管断端,并加以吻合。留置管径1mm塑料管或0.8mm硅胶管,3月后拔管,随访半年。结果用猪尾探针寻找下泪小管断端的平均时间为(6.97±2.94)min,手术时间为(78.20±14.40)min,与非猪尾探针法相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组手术方法治愈率分别为76.92%(非猪尾探针组)和86.67%(猪尾探针组),有效率为92.31%和100.00%。结论对于下泪小管断裂,用猪尾探针寻找泪小管断端,方法简便,有效缩短了手术时间,提高了手术成功率。Objective To investigate the effect of applying pigtail probe for searching ruptured end of inferior lacrimal ductule in anastomsis. Methods A retrospective analysis of 28 cases of rupture of inferior lacrimal ductule were applied the method of non- pigtail probe or pigtail probe to search the ruptured end and inosculate. Detained the 1 mm diameter plastic tube or 0.8 mm diameter silicon tube in the lacrimal duetnle for 3 months and followed up for 6 months. Results The average time that applying pigtail probe for searching ruptured end was （ 6. 97 ± 2. 94 ） min, the total time of operation was （78.20 ±14. 40）min. There was statistic siguificance compared uo the group of non-pigtail probe. The cure rate and the effective rate were 86. 67% and 100% in group of pigtail probe, and 76. 9% and 92. 3% in the other. Conclusion It is not only convenient and shortcut but increasing the operation achievement ratio for the ease with inferior lacrimal duetule ruptured to apply pigtail probe.
