摘 要:割缝筛管是采油防砂的一种重要的器材,但是研究表明,分布在割缝筛管上的割缝对其应力分布有很大的影响,所以确定不同参数下割缝筛管的应力的变化趋势是合理设计割缝管的重要依据。文章采用有限元法建立割缝筛管的三维有限元力学模型,以CATIA为软件平台,对钢级为N80的石油割缝筛管进行有限元数值计算分析。结果表明,在缝数、缝长和缝间距一定的情况下,随着缝宽的增加,对应力分布没有明显的影响;在缝长、缝宽和缝间距一定的情况下,随着缝数的增加,应力分布趋于均匀,且逐渐减小;在缝数、缝宽和缝间距一定的情况下,随着缝长的增加,应力由均匀分布趋向应力集中,并逐渐增大。研究结果为合理地选择割缝筛管的设计参数,提高其使用寿命提供了一定的理论依据。Slotted pipe is the key element used in production oil and sand prevention. The slottings' distribution on the slotted pipe has an important influence on distribution of stress. Therefore,determination of the slotted pipe stress variety is the important bases for the scientific design of slotted pipe. Three-dimensional finite element mechanics model of slotted pipe was established by using finite element method. Taking CATIA as a software platform,finite element analysis of N80 slottted pipe was carried out,the results showed that when the slot number,length,and space was fixed,the distribution of stress hadn't an obvious impact with the increasing of slot width; while the slot length,width and space being fixed,the distribution of stress will be uniform and then decreased with the increasing of slot number; however,if the slot number,width and space being fixed,the increasing of slot length will lead to the stress shifting from uniform distribution to converging and increasing. The above research results provided theoretical basis for the selection of slotted pipe design parameter.
