摘　　要：目的探讨存活蛋白survivin基因蛋白在结肠癌中的表达及与各临床病理因素的关系,评价survivin在结肠癌预后判断中的价值。方法应用免疫组化技术(SP法)检测survivin在70例结肠癌组织中的蛋白表达,TUNEL法检测癌细胞凋亡指数(apoptosisindex,AI),并分析survivin与癌细胞凋亡指数、Dueks’分期、生存率、转移之间的关系。结果Survivin阳性患者5年生存率显著低于survivin阴性患者,伴远处器官转移的肿瘤中survivin阳性表达率显著高于无远处器官转移者(P<0.05),结肠癌患者的survivin水平与AI呈负相关,二者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Sur-vivin基因蛋白的高表达对判断结肠癌预后、生存率及转移有重要参考价值。Objective The purprse of current study is to evaluate the relationship between the level of survivin and the pathological parameters, clinical prognosis in patients with rectal cancer. Methods Imunohistochemistry （S-P method） and terminal deoxynudeotidyl transferase-mediated dUTP nick end labeling （TUNEL） were used to detect in situ the expression ofsurvivin and apoptotic cell in the rectaltissues. The relationship between the level of survivin and apoptosis index （AI）, clinical characterization including Dueks＇ stage, survivial rate and metastasis was analyzed. Result There was a lower 5-years survival rate in patients with high levels of survivin than that in patients with low levels of survivin （ P 〈 0. 05）. The level of survivin was negatively correlated with that of AI （p 〈 0.01）. An increased survivin expression was inversely related to local tumor recurrence and distant metastasis. Conclusion Evaluation of survivin levels is able to predict tumor response to treatment in patient with rectal cancer and a higher level of suruivin indicates a worse prognosis.
