摘　　要：目的探讨一种操作简便的乳头内陷治疗方法。方法取乳头中央切口，松解挛缩结缔组织及乳腺管，行多重“8”字缝合，缩小乳头基底及支撑乳头。结果所有患者经回访6个月～2年，均无复发，乳头外形满意，感觉良好。结论该方法操作简便，易于掌握，术后乳头血运，感觉良好，且不易复发，是矫正乳头内陷的一种较理想的方法。Objective Discuss a simple operation of the nipple invagination treatment. Methods Central incision from the nipple, and contracture release of the connective tissue and the milk ducts,multiple line＂8＂suture, narrow basement and support nippie.Results All the cases by follow up 6 months-2 years,no recurrence,with the nipple shape,feel good. Conclusion The method is single, easy to mastev, feel good after nipple blood supply, and less recurrence. Correction nipple invagination is a more satistactory way.
