摘　　要：目的观察Vitapex诱导不同根端形态的年轻恒牙牙根发育情况。方法Vitapex充填67个年轻恒牙根管,观察其在不同根端形态分型的病例的临床疗效。结果不同根端形态间临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Vitapex诱导年轻恒牙根尖形成与其根端形态有关。Objective To observe the effect of treatment for necrotic pulp of different root development types of young permanent with Vitapex.Methods 67 teeth of necrotic pulp were fdled with Vitapex.The effect of different root development types was evaluated based on the evidence of X-ray and oral examination. Results： The difference in clinical effect by different root development types were significant（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is a different clinical effect on the treatmeat of different root development types with Vitapex for necrotic pulp of young permanent.
