摘　　要：中国传统家训是家庭教育的真经。吴兴姚氏是明清时期的望族之家,其流传于世的《姚氏家训》在社会上颇有影响。重新探析《姚氏家训》,可以知道,姚氏之所以能在明清时期人才辈出,实与其《家训》密不可分。其中关于为人、治家及处事等方面的内容,对于今日个人及社会仍有积极借鉴意义。Chinese traditional elan instructions are the classics of family education. The Yao Family produced many men of talents because of its family instructions, popular and influential during the Ming and Qing dynasties, and still much helpful in fostering virtues in individuals and society at present, especially with regard to the principles concerning honor and uprightness.
