摘  要:为了保证和提升养殖水产品的质量,应依法科学地制定水产养殖用地、用水规划,保证所有养殖生产投入品的质量符合相关标准或技术要求,依法对养殖生产进行行政指导与检查,使之按照良好的养殖技术规范从事养殖生产,并鼓励、协助生产者申请无公害水产品、绿色水产品和有机水产品认证。在依生产环节分工的现行食品安全监管体制下,渔政部门与其他有关部门之间协作的有效性对于保证养殖水产品的质量安全是至关重要的。To guarantee and improve the quality of aquaeuhural products, the administrative departments of fisheries should make a legal and scientific plan for the use of aquacuhural land and water, ensure that the quality of all productive materials of aquaculture meets the related standard and technical requirements, conduct administrative instruction and inspection over the aquaculture sector, ensure the aquacultural products are produced in accordance with good practice, and encourage and assist aquaeulturists to apply for the certified non-hazard, green and organic aquaeuhural products. Under the existing administration of food safety based on the productivc units of food, the effective cooperation between the administrative departments of fisheries and other departments concerned plays a vital role in achieving the high quality and safety of aquaucultural products.
