摘　　要：针对当前我国污名现象日益突出的状况,阐述了污名的概念和类型,揭示了形成刻板印象、偏见和歧视等污名的社会认知过程,探索了消除污名的个体、群体和人际关系等层面上的有效应对策略。The paper expounds the concept and type of stigma and reveals the cognitive process of stereotypes, prejudice and discrimination. It explores effective coping strategies for the aspects of individuals, groups and interpersonal relations to stay away from stigma.
