摘　　要：目的寻求简便、可靠的快速检测霍乱弧菌的方法,以提高霍乱实验室确诊的时效性。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法和胶体金免疫层析法对珠海市外环境水体、水产品264份标本进行霍乱弧菌快速检测,并与国标方法进行比较。结果264份标本中按国标方法培养和标准诊断血清检测霍乱弧菌12株,阳性率为4.55%;实时荧光定量PCR法检测阳性8份,一致性为0.9924、灵敏度为100%、特异度为99.22%;胶体金免疫层析法检测阳性10份,一致性为0.9848、灵敏度为80.00%、特异度为99.21%。结论两法操作快速,结果准确,一致性好,特异性强、敏感性高,适用于筛查。胶体金免疫层析法稍逊于实时荧光定量PCR法。但两法均不能鉴定菌型,也出现漏检,所以作为疾病的诊断,应以培养法为标准。Objective To explore rapid, simple and reliable methods for detection of Vibrio cholera. Methods real time quantitative fluorescent PCR （TRFQ-PCR） and colloid gold chromatography were used to detect Vibrio cholera from 264 samples collected from water bodies in out enviroonment , water products. The results were compared with international standard. Results There 12 Vibrio cholera strains were detected based on international standard with a positive rate of 4.55%; but there 8 were detected by TRFQ-PCR with conicidence rate of 0.9924 and a sensitive rate of 100.00% and a specific rate of 100%99.22%. There 10 were positive by colloid gold chromatography, wit a coicidence of 0.9848, a sensitive rate of 80.00% and a specific rate of 99.21%. Conclusion The two methos are simple, rapid for detection of Vibrio cholera with high sensitivity, specificiity as well good coincidence and suitable for screeening survey but they can not diffentiate type of the bacterium. Thus culture method be used for diagnosis of infection.
