喹硫平与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症对照研究

摘　　要：目的：评价喹硫平与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应。方法：将63例首发精神分裂症随机分为两组，分别给予喹硫平与利培酮治疗，疗程8周，用阳性和阴性症状量表（PANS5）及副反应量表（TESS）在治疗前及治疗后1、2、4、8周末分别评定疗效和副反应。结果：喹硫平与利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的疗效接近，但前者的不良反应少，尤其EPS少，对体重影响更小。结论：喹硫平是一种安全有效的抗精神病药物。Objective：To compare efficacy and side effects between quetiapine and risperidone in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia.Methods：63 outpatients with a diagnosis of first episode schizophrenia were randomly assigned into quetiapine group（n=31） and risperidone group（n=32） for 8 weeks.The positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） and treatment emergent sympton scale （TESS） were administered to evaluate theraputic and side effects before treatment and at the end of week 1,2,4 and 8,respectively.Results：Findings indicated that efficacy of quetiapine was similar to that of risperidone but the side effects of quetiapine were less than these of risperidone,particularly in the EPS and weight.Conclusion：Quetiapine is an effective and safe antipsychotics.
