脑性耗盐综合征的治疗体会

摘　　要：目的探讨脑性耗盐综合征的病因、临床类型及治疗方法。方法对我科2000—06～2006—06收治的42例中枢性低钠血症的病例进行回顾性分析。结果脑性耗盐综合征（CSWS）35例，均治愈。血钠最低110mmol／L，症状持续时间平均6．5d（1～9d）。结论脑性耗盐综合征常发生于颅脑肿瘤术后及严重脑外伤的病人。防止严重的神经系统及循环系统并发症要注意严格监测水盐平衡。Objective The purpose of this investigation was to describe the causes, clinical pattern, and treatment of cerebral salt wasting syndrome. Methods This retrospective study focused on patients diagnosed with cerebral salt wasting syndrome over a period of 6 years, in our hospital. Results Among the 42 cases of central hyponatremia patients,35 patients were identified with cerebral salt wasting syndrome. All the patients were cured. The minimum sodium was 110mmol/L. The mean duration of cerebral salt wasting syndrome was 6.5 days （range 1-9 days）. Conclusion Cerebral salt wasting syndrome is frequently presented after surgery for brain tumors and in patients with severe head trauma. Close monitoring of salt and fluid balance is essential to preventing severe neurologie and hemodynamic complications.
