摘　　要：从就业视角探讨各国研究生教育在满足少数研究生从事基础理论研究,重点培养国家重要部门所需要的精英人才外,大多数都要转向适应本国社会经济、科技发展需要的应用型研究及开发的高层次人才培养发展趋势下,我国应借鉴国外研究生职业教育有益经验,并根据我国社会经济、科技发展的特色,从国家宏观需求和研究生培养单位适应高层次就业行业来培养应用型、复合型研究生高层次人才需要出发,探索了研究生教育今后的就业取向。The thesis researches on graduate education and reveals in various countries in addition to meeting a small number of graduate students engaged in fundamental research, focusing on important sectors of national training needs of elite talent, most of all to adapt to the national socio-economic, scientific and technological development of applied research and development of high-level personnel training from the aspect ofemployment perspective. Under the trend ofdevelopment, China shouldleam from foreign experience in post-graduate vocational education useful, and in accordance with China＇s socio-economic, scientific and technological development characteristics, the national demand for macro-and post-graduate training units to adapt to high-level job training to industry-based applications, complex high-level post-graduate Personnel need to explore the post-graduate education in the future-oriented jobs.
