摘　　要：提出了利用总线技术实现管、棒矫直机矫直辊同步控制的模型,介绍了同步控制系统的网络构成及应用软件,该模型在矫直机控制系统中的应用表明系统稳定,同步精度高,快速性能好,控制系统更加模块化、数字化。This paper describes the application of Simatic Profibus system on the tube - bar straightening roll, introduces the net construction and the application software of the control system; a model being made achieves the synchronization control of the straightening roll by using Profibus technology. The practice proves that the system is stable with higher synchronization precision and faster celerity; it contributes even better modularization and digitalization.
