摘　　要：类金刚石膜(DLC)是由sp3,sp2以及sp1键混合而成,具有优异的物理、化学性能。简要介绍了类金刚石膜的形成及性质,着重概括了它在惯性约束聚变(ICF)研究中的应用潜力,并进一步讨论了研究中存在的问题及今后发展的方向。Diamond-like carbon film （DLC） is composed of sp^3, sp^2 and sp^1 bonds, and has many excellent physical and chemical properties, The synthesis and the properties of DLC, especially the potential applications in the field of inertial confinement fusion （ICF） are introduced. And the existent problem in the research and the future development is funther discussed.
