通心络胶囊治疗椎-基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察通心络胶囊治疗椎-基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例予通心络胶囊,对照组30例予拜阿司匹林;通过经颅多普勒超声检测椎-基底动脉血流速度的变化,并观察血液流变学指标及临床症状改善情况。结果患者入院时经颅多普勒超声及血液流变学指标均异常,治疗后患者各项指标均正常。结论通心络胶囊可缓解椎-基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作患者常见的临床症状,改善血液流变学状态及椎-基底动脉系统的供血情况。Objective： To observe the effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on vertebra -basal artery system transient ischemic attack （TIA）. Methods： 60 patients with vertebra - basal artery system TIA patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（ Tongxinluo Capsule） and control group（aspirin） . The hemodynamics indices of vertebra -basal arteries were determined by TCD, and the hemorrheologic indices were recorded before and after treatment. Results： The hemodynamics indices of vertebra - basal arteries and hemorrheologie indices were abnormal before treatment, and to be normal after treatment. Conclusion： Tongxinluo Capsule could improve the clinical symptom, hemorrheologic indices and the state of vertebra - basal artery system.
