摘　　要：涡旋真空泵是一种新型的无油直排大气机械泵,它具有动力传递简单、气体流动损失小、运行平稳、结构简单紧凑、密封性能好、消耗功率小、振动噪声低、可靠性高等优点。本文简要介绍了涡旋泵的发展过程、工作原理、结构特点、设计和工艺技术问题以及目前的生产厂家、产品和市场应用前景。The scroll vacuum pump is a new-style oil-free mechanical pump used to pump gas out into atmosphere directly. It has the advantages of simple power transmission, low lass of gas flow, stable running, simple and compact design, high sealability, low power consumption, low vibrational noise and high reliability. Reviews the initiation and progress of scroll vacuum pumps, including the operating principle, construction, design and process technologies, as well as the main manufacturers and their products and marketing prospects.
