摘 要:对真空冷却过程中一些特殊的温度变化现象进行分析研究,分析了在抽气与复压阶段中真空室内的温度以及以水作为样品的温度变化规律。特别是在复压阶段中,真空室内的温度会高于环境的进气温度。应用变质量系统热力学进行分析,其结果是理论计算值均高于实验值,原因是实际的复压过程是热力与传热的综合过程。Some special temperature changes in vacuum cooling process were discussed. Analyzes the temperature variation in vacuum chamber during air pumping and pressure recovery procedures and how the temperature changes in the water which was taken as a sample. Special attention was centered on the phenomenon that the tamperature in vacuum chamber is actually higher than the intake temperature in certain ambience. A thermodynamic analysis of variable mass system was made therefore and the results showed that the theoretically calculated values are all higher than measured ones because the pressure recovery process is actuallly a process integrating thermal power with heat transfer.
