摘 要:针对火力发电机组锅炉主汽温的非线性、多变量、多扰动、大滞后等特性,将基本PID控制器、微分先行PID控制器和模糊PID控制器应用于锅炉主汽温控制系统,并分别在仿真平台Matlab的仿真环境Simu- link下进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,微分先行PID控制器缩短了滞后时间,减小了超调量,其控制性能和动态特性与模糊PID控制器相一致。与基本PID控制器相比,具有更好的控制性能和动态特性;与模糊PID控制器相比,具有更简单控制结构和更高的可靠性。同时,实现了主汽温微分先行PID控制器基于PLC的程序设计。To the boiler main-steam temperature control, which has the features of nonlinearity, multi-variable, great disturbance and large hysteresis, normal PID controller, differential preceding PID controller and fuzzy PID controller are applied and simulated with Matlab's Simulink respectively. Simulation results show that, with short time lag and small overshoot, the differential preceding PID controller has same dynamic control performance as the fuzzy PID controller and better one than the normal PID controller. Compared with the fuzzy PID controller, it has simple control structure and high reliability. Its software design is implemented based on PLC.
